Terms & Conditions

1. After confirmation of payment received, it takes 3-4 working days to receive your goods for (West Malaysia) after delivery, will be 6-7 working day for (East Malaysia). However, if based on certain factors that result in delays, our store will not be responsible.

2. In order to ensure that in the shortest possible time to receive your goods, please provide the correct recipient addresses. Our store does not accept shipping to PO Box addresses, hotels or resorts.

3. Freight will be based on Poslaju Malaysia postage computing systems, by weight, and regional terms, as follows: West Malaysia: First weight RM7/500 grams. East Malaysia: First weight RM9/500 grams.

4. After product being shipped out by us, we will notify our customer with the shipment tracking number via SMS or email.

5. If you wish to know the where about or detail of your shipment, you can go to www.poslaju.com.my and check it with your tracking number.

6. After you received the shipment, please check the product immediately, and please let us know if there's a problem within 2 days. Else our store will not be responsible for it.

7. We will not be responsible for the damage caused during the shipment of product

1。本店在确认收到款项后，（西马）通常在发货后的三至四个工作天内将收到您的商品，（东马）则会在六至七个工作天收到。但若基于某些因素而导致延误，本店一概不负责。

2。为了确保能够在最短的时间内收到您的货物，请您提供正确收件地址。本店不接受邮寄至P.O Box﹑旅店或度假村的地址。

3。运费将根据Poslaju Malaysia的邮费计算系统，以重量和地区来计算，如下：西马：首重 RM7/500克。东马：首重 RM9/500克。

4。当寄出商品后，本店将会通过e-mail或SMS通知您有关商品的发货单号（Tracking number）。

5。若您想知道商品寄出后的下落，可以到http://www.pos.com.my/或点击这里根据发货单号查询。

6。当您收到商品后请立即检查商品是否正确。若有任何问题，请务必在两天内通知本店，否则一概不理。请参考《购物条规》。

7。邮寄途中的损坏本店将一概不负责。
